This is a photo taken by Charles w. Cushman in 1961. I met a man and his wife in the gallery around Temple bar looking at the photos of 1922 by The National Libary of Ireland, He told me a story that he drove that horse and cart for C.I.E his name is Paddy Reilly a lovely couple with great storys
